  2. Condition of Items : Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  3. Non-Returnable Items : Items on final sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Procedure

  2. Return Shipping : Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your package arrives safely.
  3. Return Address : Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Please send your package to this address and keep the shipping receipt for your records.

Refunds

  1. Item Inspection : Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Refund Timeframe : If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
  3. No Restocking Fees : No restocking fees will be applied for returns.
